Format and schedule: Swiss, 6 rounds : 10:00am & 4:00pm - Friday, Saturday and Sunday
Sections: Crown, U2200 (FIDE rated) & U1900, U1600 (CFC-only)
Time Control : Crown/U2200: G/120 + 30 sec inc; U1900/U1600: 30/90, SD/60
Entry fees : $95 (reg. before Apr 14); $85 (reg. before Feb 28); (-$10 for ACC members;) 
extra $20 after Apr 14 or on site;  extra $20 to play up within 100 points; free GM/WGM or IM/WIM reg. by Mar 31
Prizes ($6800 planned): (est. based on 125 entries) or 60% of EF
Tournament winner: $1500 (2014 Toronto Open Champion) , Crown 2nd/3rd: $800/$600
Sections 1st/2nd/3rd: $600/$400/$250
