The 2013 Outaouais Open will be taking place in Gatineau (Hull), on 7-9 June, 2013.

RULES

  • Bye possibility for round 1 to round 3 (before tournament, maximum of two)
  • 90 minutes + 30 s/move
  • No mutual agreement draws before the 30th move.
