GM Norm for Razvan Preotu at the Spice Cup
The SPICE Cup took place in St-Louis, October 21-26. FM Razvan Preotu tied for ninth with two GMs and two IMs, earning a GM norm by scoring 5.5/9, including 3/6 against GMs. GM Illya Nyzhnik, from Webster U, won the tournament. FM Hans Jung scored 3.5.
