Hansen tied for third in London
The London Chess Classic Super Rapidplay was being played in London in the last week. This huge 10 round Swiss tournament featured 35 GMs, including many super-GMs like Nakamura, Caruana, Anand and Kramnik. Nakamura (who else ?) placed first at 9.5, a complete point ahead of Anish Giri (8.5). Eric Hansen is part of the super-tie for third at 8/10, losing only to Michael Adams.
