IM Norm for Victor Plotkin at Gibraltar!

FM Victor Plotkin scored an impressive 2.5/6 against GMs and 1/2 against IMs, and secured an IM norm before the last round. His performance will also earn him 38 FIDE rating points, which will be added to the nearly 100 rating points he already won in a single year.
