GM Bator Sambuev often plays the French as Black, but here he had White and essayed the Wing Gambit against Kevin Wan, a co-winner of the 2014 RA Fall Open. In the Wing Gambit, White plays b2-b4 to deflect Black's counterplay against the white center in hopes for a strong Kingside initiative. Did he get it?
