If you will be 50 yrs old or better in 2016, you are invited to compete at the 2016 Canadian Senior Chess Championship.

- Canadian Senior Champion 65+: Trophy + $130 and **qualifies as Canada’s Official Representative to the Pan American Senior Championship.
- 2nd Place 65+: Trophy + $60
- Canadian Senior Champion 50+: Trophy + $130 and **qualifies as Canada’s Official Representative to the Pan American Senior Championship.
- 2nd Place 50+: Trophy + $60
- Canadian Senior Woman Chess Champion: Trophy and **qualifies as Canada’s Official Representative to the Pan American Senior Championship.
- 1st U1800: Trophy + $50
- 1st U1600: Trophy + $50
- 1st Place: 80 years or better: Trophy
*Foreign players are welcome but are only eligible for cash prizes. Only Canadian citizens or Canadian residents are eligible for all prizes including trophies, titles, cash prizes, and the right to represent Canada at the Pan American Senior Championship.
