A new Canadian IM!

Congratulations to Michael Barron, who obtained the IM title following his performance at the Pan Am Senior Championship,  in Venezuela (August 22-28).
Michael Barron shared first place with IM David Cummings (who beat Michael in round 3), also from Canada, with a strong 8/9.
