2 Norms in Reykjavik!

Canadians are doing exceptionally well at the 2017 Reykjavik Open:

    • IM Aman Hambleton has a GM Norm (even if he loses in rd.9)*
    • FM Michael Kleinman has an IM Norm (even if he loses in rd.9)*
    • Aman and Michael each won Game of the Day prizes.**
    • Canadians as a group have gained 320 FIDE rating points, lead by Neil Doknjas' +115.

  * UPDATE: Aman drew, and Michael won. MK may have a shot at a GM norm if he gets a good pairing in rd.10.
