At the annual RA Fall Open in Ottawa, a rarely seen stalemate theme occurred in an otherwise easily winning position. White's play throughout the game was not superb, yet he found a creative way to obtain best chances at salvaging a draw. Take a look!
Canadian IM Raja Panjwani obtained his first GM norm at the SPICE Cup, Susan Polgar's tournament. It took place on October 15-19.
We are bringing tournament chess to the small town of Campbellville located off the 401 just west of Milton, Ontario. Spacious tournament hall at the Mohawk Inn & Conference Centre.
