GM Bator Sambuev is 4/4 in terms of Tour du Quebec wins this season. After sweeping the 2015 leg of the season, Sambuev wins the 50th Winter Carnival tournament, held in the timeless capital of Quebec.

It is not easy for a University to be repeat champions for two or three years in a row. For that to happen, it needs many stars to align. First, it needs a strong core group of players similar in year and age.
